Our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Arnaud Sehebiade, who kindly welcomed us into his sublime Hôtel des Hortensias du Lac in Hossegor. We were given complete freedom to hold our first photo shoot in that exceptional location.
This jewel of the Domaines de Fontenille Collection is a true haven of elegance, where the region's iconic surf culture rubs shoulders with a refined, subtle art deco atmosphere.
L’ATELIER DES DAMES
L'Atelier des Dames was created in 2008, after a chance encounter...
When Caroline and Quitterie met, they realized that they shared the same desire to create, to start a project where they make the rules, and to connect with women on the other side of the world who master the unique skill of working with fish scales.
This encounter resulted in the company's first jewelry collection, which would be ethical, responsible, and made exclusively by women.
12 years later, L’Atelier des Dames is still passionate about putting women at the center of its company vision, continuing to support developing talent within their team as well as with their external partners. We have always emphasized local partnerships in our development, working with French gilders and French businesses for the chains. Our partners are carefully selected for their expertise in every step of our designs. The brand has been able to hold onto its traditional craftsmanship by developing a production workshop in Hossegor, its birthplace. Diverse personalities, talents and skills meet under its roof, all with the common goal of creating jewelry for women that will bring out their elegance and refinement.

That's why it was only natural for the two designers to participate in the launch of LYEVA by creating an exclusive line of jewelry just for us. We share the same commitment to women and the environment, and the same belief in authenticity.
We are delighted to present our LYEVA collection by L’Atelier des Dames featuring the four elements: water, fire, earth and air. We chose to pair them with the stones that best symbolize each element: moonstone, amazonite, carnelian, green onyx and labradorite. This collection of delicate, feminine jewelry enhances your everyday style.
BRING YOUR MAKEUP by Jenny
I realize that I've been working in the beauty world for 15 years! Time flies!
I went to beauty school, which allowed me to work in salons, where I discovered that my real passion was to bring out women's beauty through makeup. I worked as a makeup artist for DIOR, MUFE (Make Up For Ever), Lancôme, Bare Minerals, and Givenchy, then I trained in eyebrows at Benefit (I'm addicted to brows; they're the first thing I notice when I look at a woman). After two or three years there, MAC got in touch, which was my dream come true! I was in the temple of makeup, immersed in a world of color, surrounded by artists exploding with talent!
I realized the power my brushes gave me. I often say that I don't save lives, but when I do a woman's makeup something exceptional, even magical, happens. Her eyes sparkle and shine. She smiles. And often she sits up straighter and lifts her chin just a little higher, as if she were putting her forgotten crown back on. It's crazy, it's like she's rediscovering the self-esteem she lost or left behind on her bedside table that morning. Me, Jenny, I can do that. It's crazy!
After five years I moved from Paris to the Basque Country. I took advantage of the opportunity to set up my own business. If someone had told me five years ago that I'd be able to do it, I never would have believed them. I'm living a dream.
LYEVA BY JENNY
At first, I saw LYEVA as a new opportunity to do what I love, apply makeup for a new muse. The day of our first shoot, I started to see what was happening. Marie & Christelle created LYEVA, and that day it came to life, and everything lined up perfectly. We didn't all know each other, there was some shyness and reticence, and lots of respect for each other's work. It was a sign of beautiful things to come. Then on the second day it was just crazy. Everything came together like magic. We'd understood each other. We let go, we trusted each other, helped each other, and laughed even more. LYEVA moves me. It's beautiful, radiant, natural, simple, soft. It makes me feel calm, it soothes me. There wasn't a single outfit I didn't love during the shoot. The fabric and the cuts are gorgeous. Christelle & Marie, I'm going to say it again, you've done extraordinary work, and I'm so proud to be part of the adventure. Working with you is a joy. You've never forced me to do anything, you trust me, we talk, we communicate, and everything moves forward in a healthy way.
LYEVA allows me to surpass my own boundaries, to get out of my comfort zone and give the best of myself. Thank you LYEVA!
